In vivo studies conducted with MDA-MB-231, OVCAR, HT-29 and PC-3 cells on the chorio-allantoic membrane (CAM) of developing chicken embryos showed that EPT-peptide suppresses the growth and metastasis of cancer cells and inhibits cancer-induced angiogenesis.
